You are welcome to drop food off but would appreciate it if they included the items listed. We have covid-19 rules in place at our unit which must be followed.
The food items listed on our site are the items that go into our food parcels. This way food donated is exactly what we need. This method also helps the donor from travelling to the shops and then to the food bank saving them time and less contact with the public during the covid-19 crisis, also saving on CO2 foot print.
All food parcel receivers are recommended by organisations such as The Law Center, DWP, NCHA and other such agencies
We buy some of our food from Fareshare by the tonnage and we also have a special discount scheme with certain supermarkets
